On March 6th 300 women and 157 men form Bedburg-Hau were transferred overnight by train. They arrived on March 7th 8:00 in the morning in Marbach station (about a mile from Grafeneck). The majority was killed that day. They had to stay at the station and group after group was brought to Grafeneck. they were to many to be killed on March 7th. So two waggons were upcoupled and brought to Zwiefalten. These patients were finally deported from Zwiefalten to Grafeneck at the beginning of April.
